How long should you leave Garnier ultra lift anti-wrinkle eye cream under the eyes for?

Do I just apply it and leave it or do I need to wash it off after a certain period of time as I've been told you're not supposed to leave cream on under the eyes.
You just apply it and leave it on, under your makeup

No you don’t wash it off, you dab it around your eyes until it is absorbed and leave it. It is eye cream, it is okay to leave it.
