What anti-aging products actually work?

I've tried various anti-aging products, some were very very expenses, but none seem to doing anything to improve my appearance (wrinkles, sagging, bags under eyes). Does anyone have experience with a product that actually works?
Most anti-aging products are very expensive because they know how desperate people are to get rid of them. However, you can get free samples if you know where to look.

My Aunt Tracy uses Olay Total Effect Anti-Aging Cream, and it really works! She just turned forty, but looks 30. She has maybe one line around her eye area, but it’s hardly noticeable.
