The next best thing to fight off wrinkles is a retinoid. Retinoids are the only treatment scientifically proven to alter the skin’s cells. The best ones are available from a Dr or a Derm’s prescription (such as Retin A), however a great one to try is Avene Ystheal. It is a gentle retinoid which makes my skin glow so I highly recommend it. Best of all – no prescription required! You might even consider starting with this yourself – you’re never too young to start fighting off those wrinkles
Do ensure you wear SPF during the day and your retinoid treatment at night. The retinoid will make you more UV sensitive. HTH!
