The most effective anti-aging product is spf… the sun is what causes people to age.
To fix problems already exsist is this stuff callled Amino Genesis. I bought some for my mother and she look years younger after about a month of using this stuff. People where asking my dad if she had gotten work done.

Being a "senior citizen" I know for a fact that laughter is the most effective anti-aging thing you can do. Feeling positive. Having an optimistic outlook. No products can give you that. Enjoy life.

Staying OUT of the SUN! NO SMOKING! Other than that taking a multivitamin and making sure your body has the right nutrients is essential to maintaining youthful skin. Also, If you can find any multi-peptide serums (they contain amino acids that kickstart collagen production) or topical DMAE creams. (ask your local skin care specialist) Try to stay away from Peels and Microderm abrasion. They will strip your skin and make the wrinkles and lines APPEAR less, but is really not doing anything to help you long term.

I personal think Arbonne has an awesome anti-aging line! I personal have been using Arbonne for almost a year and love it! I use the eye cream every day and the deep pore mask once a week! I have just changed to anti-aging skin care! I have always had acne, so I started with and acne line then moved to the intelligence line. Arbonne anti-aging has 9 top anti-aging ingredients!

staying out of the sun is the most effective. If you are going to go in the sun wear sunblock, not wearing sunblock is the worst

Anything you simply apply to skin is going to do very little if anything at all. And many ridiculously expensive designer products have so many skin harming, skin aging ingredients.
