I started using Neutrogena anti-wrinkle cream with SPF 15 daily when I was your age and now I am 30 and people tell me I still look like I’m anywhere from 18-25 still. Either it worked or I have good genes.

I’ve seen a lot of professionals in magazines and on tv saying the sooner the better. Although it might not be necessary at 23, it shouldn’t do any damage.

I think you should start now, or at the latest 25. The sooner the better.

Starting right now is obvious.
What to start is perhaps more important.
The most basic anti-aging thing you can do is boost your glutathione. One study found that women who had elevated levels of cysteine in there blood had less breast cancer risk. Cysteine is the precursor of glutathione.
Glutathione is in every cell of your body (you cannot take it as the body breaks it down, you can only take the building blocks, chief of which is cysteine). So if you want to help keep your body from breaking down, avoid toxins, and since you cannot totally avoid all toxins, boost your glutathione by boosting your cystine.
There are several foods that are rich in the kind of cysteine you need to slow down the aging process.
So, it will cost nothing more than what you eat.
Here is the best part. There is a product in Canada that is advertised as healing bed sores in hospital patients in days and not weeks. It has a form of the undenatured cysteine in the mix. So, it will even help with your skin.
Eat healthy, live long, and
Good health to you.
