anti ageing products speeds up cell proliferation rate?

i've heard of some beauty products which increases cell proliferation rate to reach that youthful and soft skin, and when used for a long period of time, u will use up the cell's growth cycle and ur skin age more prematurely than if u don't use such creams. i am 20 and have being using a new beauty product recently, and have found my skin 'renewed' more quickly then the previous product that i was using. i noticed a lot of dead skins on my face and raw sensation when i just started using the cream. i would also like to know if using anti aging/wrinkles beauty products young would harm ur skin.

The fact is that you are using an exfoliating (sometimes called a skin rejuvinating product) product. Anti-aging is a sunscreen.
